# Passkey Enrollment Rate

Passkey enrollment rate measures how effectively eligible users complete passkey creation once the opportunity is shown. It is the creation layer of the adoption model: a high technical readiness ceiling only turns into adoption when the prompt, timing and recovery path help users finish credential setup.

**First Try** = the enrollment rate the first time a user is shown the passkey creation screen. **Second Try** = the rate when the same user is shown the screen a second time. The first prompt has the strongest pull. The rates fall on every following attempt.
